Volunteer Web Design Requirements

To sign up for our volunteer web design services, you must first agree to the following requirements:

1. Sign up for Hosting and Domain Name Registration @ http://www.jazzyits.net
If you already have web hosting you must subscribe to our Managed Hosting Services($15.95/mo)

2. Agree to having a link placed on the bottom of each page pointing to www.mikestratton.net for a period of at least 6 months.

3. Agree to using only 15-20 hours of volunteer web design services and allow us to take the best plan of action for your site.

4. This agreement is a legally binding agreement to utilize our volunteer web design services. If you break this agreement after we have started volunteering for you, you will be charged for the time incurred at a rate of $12/hour.

To date Web Design by MikeStratton.net has recieved an overwhelming response to our willingness to volunteer. Unfortunately we cannot stay in business if the only thing we do is offer volunteer web design services.

With many requests coming for our volunteer web design services coming in on a day to day basis, Web Design by MikeStratton.net needs to verify the legitimacy of your volunteer web design request. As well, we need to focus our efforts on entities that hold value in our willingness to offer free web design. We will do this by setting requirements for all that request our volunteer/free web design services.

One of our requirements is that you agree to allowing us to work for you, and you agree that only 15-20 hours of volunteer web design time will be spent designing your site. We only offer between 15-20 hours of volunteer web design services for each organization so that we may better help all orginizations requests. In this time a web site can be easily completed, as long as unreasonable requests are not made. Let us find the best result for your needs so that your site can be fully completed and online in the amount of time you request. Unreasonable requests and/or demands may affect the completion of your site.

A breach of these requirments after we have started to volunteer for you will cancel our volunteer services and you will be required to pay for our volunteer time at a rate of $12/hour. This agreement is a legally binding agreement to utilize our volunteer web design services. If you break this agreement after we have started volunteering for you, you will be charged for the time incurred at a rate of $12/hour.

If you do not follow the instructions set in place on this page, your volunteer request will be denied.

For non profits organizations that are not satisfied with our requirments, we would like to offer you a few resources outside of our volunteer web design services.
